Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless and extraordinary encounter, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This policy is designed to prioritize commitment and mutual respect in our arrangement. If you need to reschedule our appointment, I am happy to accommodate your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability and mutual agreement. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit can be applied to the rescheduled booking. For cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled encounter, the full agreed-upon fee will be required to compensate for the time and resources that were allocated for our appointment. I value open and respectful communication. If you find yourself in a situation where cancellation is unavoidable, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I am committed to handling such situations with understanding and empathy.
